MAIN LEVEL BEDROOMS King Size Bedroom with private bathroom with walk-in shower, large walk-in closet with hangers, and ample dresser drawer space. Full Size Bedroom with en-suite bathroom and closet with hanging clothes organizer and hangers. UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS Queen Size Bedroom with sitting chair, large closet and clothes organizer, hangers and extra pillows. Twin Size Bedroom with (2) twin beds, large dresser, sitting chair, and closet with hangers and extra pillows. LIVING ROOMS Downstairs Living Room has a 65 inch TV with Roku Guest Mode to access free Roku TV and safely connect to all your streaming accounts. Upstairs Bonus Room has a 65 inch TV with Roku Guest Mode to access free Roku TV and safely connect to all your streaming accounts. Wii console and games are provided along with board games and cards. COMMUNITY AMENITIES Guests are welcome to use Cameron Woods’ community center, fitness center, pool, and pickleball courts. An access card will be provided. We provide pool towels and pickleball paddles (4) and balls!

No pets of any kind; No parties and large events; No smoking or vaping inside or on the back porch; No parking on the street per HOA rules; Please do not flush any feminine products down the toilet. Please clean up after yourself at the common areas: pool, clubhouse, fitness center and pickleball courts. There is no space for parking in the garage. Lastly, please enjoy yourself, relax and have fun!

⭐️ No pets allowed on the property ⭐️ No smoking or vaping on the property inside and outside on the back porch. If there is evidence of smoking, a $250 penalty will apply and your reservation will be terminated without refund of remaining nights. ⭐️ No parties. Significant noise or loud music after 10pm and before 7:30am will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time on your reservation. ⭐️ Check in is at 4pm and check out is 10am. Early check-in and late check-out is available only when requested and available to accommodate. ⭐️ Unregistered guests are not permitted ⭐️This townhome is privately owned and maid/linen service will not be available during your stay. We provide ample towels and linens along with a washer and dryer that can be used during your stay.
